Construction Works / Entrepreneurship Training

As part Of Youth Inclusive Entrepreneurial Development Initiative For Employment (YIEDIE), project, Global Communities in collaboration with Legacy and Legacy recognised the achievement of Mr Roland Quainoo C.E.O of Run On Time Engineering Limited in the construction sector invited him to be one of the 25 mentors to participate in the second Job Readiness and mentoring fair which was schedule on Wednesday august 2, 2017 at 9am at Archbishop Porter Girls’ Senior High School in Takoradi.

The purpose of the fair was to stimulate discussion around the need for comprehensive support system to complement investment in skill development as part of the effort to prepare Ghana’s growing youth population for its construction job market.

The fair was a combination of exhibitions, presentations and breakout sessions to address the issue of mentoring and coaching for youth within the construction industry. With participants, speakers and mentor drawn from construction entrepreneur, companies and expected to create a platform for YIEDIE youth to interact with business men/women within the construction sector with similar background to create sustainable economic opportunities for the youth.
